Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

Thank you for being part of the Joy Organics community! Our Rewards Program is our way of giving back to customers who love and support our brand. Please review the terms below to understand how the program works.

1. Eligibility

• Open to individuals 18 years or older (21+ where required by law).
• Must be a legal resident of the United States where CBD is permitted by local laws.
• Wholesale accounts, distributors, and resellers are not eligible to participate.

2. Enrollment

• Enrollment is free—no purchase necessary to join.
• Customers must create an account athttps://joyorganics.com/pages/loyalty to earn or redeem points.

3. Earning Points

• Points are earned on qualifying retail purchases made through our website (excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, or returned items).
• Additional points may be earned for select non-purchase activities (e.g., product reviews, referrals, social media engagement, and more).
• Points will not be awarded for canceled or refunded orders.

4. Redeeming Points

• Points can be redeemed for eligible Joy Organics products during checkout.
• A minimum of 50 points is required to redeem any reward.
• Points may not be redeemed for cash, transferred, or applied to past purchases.
• Points cannot be used in combination with other discount codes, unless explicitly stated.
  

5. Point Expiration

• Points expire after six (6) consecutive months of account inactivity (no earning or redeeming activity).

6. Account Suspension or Termination

• Joy Organics reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, abuse, or misuse of the program.
• Any unused points will be forfeited if an account is deactivated or terminated.
  

7. Program Modifications

• We may update, modify, or cancel the Rewards Program or its terms at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
  

8. Legal Disclaimers

• This program is void where prohibited by law.
• CBD products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA.
  

9. Privacy & Communication

• Information collected through the Rewards Program is governed by our Privacy Policy.
• By enrolling, you agree to receive occasional marketing communications from Joy Organics. You may opt out at any time.
